风电场分布式SCAD系统设计与研究

面向湘电风能XE72 风力发电机组,提出了一套风电场分布式SCADA 系统构建方案,实现了多个用户对风电场风机状态在线实时监测以及对风机设备的远程故障诊断和维护。通过构建多个RTU 服务软件,实现对风机的分组监测与管理;通过系统时间同步,实现了风电场各个设备单元之间的时间统一,保证了监测数据的时间一致性。经过实际应用,该方案完全满足风力发电场的现场监测与维护需求,适合于大型风电场的构建和运营。

Abstract An open architecture of wind farm distribute SCADA system for the XE72-2000 wind turbine is put forward in this paper. In this system, the state of wind turbine generator can be monitored real time for many users,also the engineers can diagnose and service all wind turbine generators online. Designing a number of RTU services, the wind turbine generators can be monitored and managed through different groups. The time system in distribute SCADA system realize time synchronization for all RTU, so the data acquired by RTU have the time consistency. Through the practical application, this open architecture can be able to meet demand of wind farm monitoring and maintenance, and is suitable for constructing the large-scale wind farm.
