为了提高高速开关磁阻电机(SRM)控制器的系统性能,简化控制电路,计了一种具有 角度控制功能的专用集成电路(ASIC)SR3P10k07A。本文开发了一套基于ASIC高速SRM数字控制器。角度解算等功能由SR3P10k07A完成,执行效率高、抗干扰能力强。而微处理器(MCU)仅负责控制算法实现和状态检测等功能,对MCU的资源需求大幅减少,因此可选用单片机来实现高速SRM的实时控制。最后,该控制器在一台高速SRM样机上进行了实验,样机最高转速达到130,000r/min。试验结果表明,所设计的专用集成电路可有效满足高速SRM的控制要求。 Abstract: An application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) named SR3P10K07A was designed to improve the system performance and simplify the control circuit of the high speed Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) in this paper., which owns proper hardware functions such as the angular position control and so on Based on ASIC, a digital controller of high speed SRM was developed. In this controller, some functions can be accomplished by ASIC with high efficiency and strong anti-interference capability, such as rotor position signals processing and control angles calculation. At the same time, the Micro Control Unit (MCU) will be responsible only for the realization of control algorithm and state detection. Therefore, the system can significantly reduce the needs for the resource of MCU, and the Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) can be used to achieve the real-time control of high speed SRM. Finally, the controller was used in an experiment for the high speed SRM, and the maximum speed of SRM can reach 130,000r/min. Consequently, the results show that it can meet the controlling requirement of high speed SRM effectively. 关键词:开关磁阻电机 高速电机 专用集成电路
