矩阵变换器的阻尼输入滤波器设计

在输入侧将矩阵变换器等效为一个buck 型PWM 整流器,推导出了采用LC 滤波器的矩阵变换器输入电流与输出电流及输入电压之间的传递函数关系。给出了输入滤波器中的电感及电容参数选择方法。分析表明若输入滤波器仅采用LC 电路将导致谐振频率附近输入电流振荡,引起系统不稳定。给出了一种带阻尼的输入滤波器的设计方法并进行了仿真验证。同时分析了矩阵变换器的电磁传导发射EMI 特性,指出工业化的矩阵变换器需要加装EMI
波器。
Abstract: Regrad the matrix converter (MC) as a buck type PWM rectifier in the input side, the transfer fuction of input current using LC input filter was deduced. The parameter setting method of inductor and capacitor was presented. It was verified that the input current will osciliate near the resonant frequency in very low damping factor conditon and a method to improve the damping factor of input filter was then presented. The validity of improved method was verified by compter
simulation and the start up charactaristic of input filter was analyzed. The EMI characteristic of MC was analyzed and it was verified that the input EMI filter is necessary in industrial matrix converters.
