阻尼槽型连续供油配流副润滑机理的数值模拟

建立了阻尼槽型连续供油配流副油膜形成的数学模型。该数学模型用于描述配流副中油膜的运动变化规律和工作介质在阻尼槽、通油槽中的压力、流量特性及分布规律。在数学模型中考虑了配流副高、低压对油膜形成和变化产生的影响。通过该数学模型可以得出压力、温度对配流副油膜厚度、泄漏流量等润滑特性参数的影响规律。对不同工况下配流副油膜的形成进行仿真分析,结果表明在其他工况不变时,油膜厚度随压力和温度的增加而减小,配流副泄漏流量随压力和温度的增加而增大。
The mathematic model of the lubricating film formation is established to illustrate the variation of the lubricating film thickness and the pressure-flow characteristics in the damping groove and pressure groove of port plate/cylinder block. The influence of the high pressure and low pressure on the film formation is considered in the mathematic model. The influence regularity of working pressure and temperature on the lubrication parameters can be acquired in the mathematic model. The formation of the lubricating film thickness is simulated in different working conditions. The simulation results show when other working condition is invariable, the film thickness will decrease with the pressure and temperature increasing, and the leakage of the fluid in friction pair will increase with the pressure and temperature increasing.
