小型水电站变压器安全运行研究
摘要: 小型水电站的故障往往迫使电站停运, 影响电站的效益. 浙江天台县里石门水库一级电站变压器在运行管理中, 重点对变压器声音不正常、温度显著升高、油色异常、油位异常、变压器过负荷等情况进行了技术分析和处理, 在变压器安装、运行、变压器油的维护、运行人员素质培养等方面提出了行之有效的措施, 包括变压器油校验、严格安装规范
和日常维护等, 实践证明这些措施能确保小型水电站变压器安全稳定运行.

Abstract :Based onthe failure analysis and the management experiences of transformers in Lishimen Reservoir of Tiantai County , Zhejiang,the causes andtreatments on abnormal operation of the transformer are introducedinthis paper , such as the thundering noise and
boostingtemperature of the transformer , the abnormal color and unconventional stage of the oil , overload operation and etc . The effective technological measures are also discussed , includingthe installationand operation of the transformer ,transformer oil maintenance , operators’on-job training ,in-time daily maintenance and some other aspects , which may ensure the safe and stable operation of transformers in small-sized hydropower stations .
