低频相位仪电路的改进与仿真

 以一级RC电路作为移相网络,对低频相位仪波形转换电路单元进行改进,采用同相输入滞回比较器电路以提高抗干扰能力,采用二分频鉴相电路以实现精确的鉴相脉冲,采用移相信号放大电路以实现5 Hz~20 kHz相位差频率测量范围,进一步引入自动增益控制技术,介绍了由集成运放和模拟开关构成的程控增益放大器。通过Multisim 10对400 Hz及40 Hz时电路改进前后输出波形及相位差的仿真结果表明,改进电路性能指标达到了设计要求,提高了相位差的测量精度。
Abstract:
 With single-stage RC circuit used as phase-shifting network, the paper improved the unit circuit of waveform-transforming in low frequency phase instrument: used inphase-input hysteresis comparator circuit to improve the capability of anti-jamming, used the circuit of phase-detection by half-frequency to realize precise pulse of phase-detection,used amplifier circuit of phase-shifting signal to realize the measurement of phase difference from 5Hz to 20kHz, the technique of automatic gain control was inducted further, a gain-controllable amplifier composed of operational amplifier and analog switch was introduced. The simulation results of the output waveform and the phase difference of the original and improved circuit based on 400Hz and 40Hz in Multisim 10 show that the performance indicators of the improved circuit meet the design requirements, the measuring accuracy of phase difference is improved.
