计算机计费系统是为了解决集中计算机机房的科学管理需要，实现帐务管理、机房监控、上下机管理、客户端管理和查询统计等管理功能，其目的是实现开放式机房的管理自动化。主要介绍计费管理系统所采用的主要技术方法以及利用Socket和Winsock实现TCP/IP协议的客户/服务器通信。
Abstract:
 The calculator charge system is used to solve the concentrated needs of the science management of the calculator engine room,realizing the accounts management,the engine room supervision and control,upper and lower computer man鄄agement customer management and inquiry statistics management etc.The purpose achieves the automatic management of the open type engine romm.Main technique for adopting method in charge management system is introduced and the Socket and Winsock to realize TCP/IP the Client/Server communication is used.
