Abstract:
 Base on single chip multiprocessor MC9S08DZ60and transceiver TJA1040,a vibration sensor is designed with CAN-bus protocol in this paper.The design plan,hardware and software implementation of the system are described in detail.The data are transferred to main computer by CAN-bus,which analyzs,saves,and organizsthe data.The test results show that this device has rapid response speed and high transmission precision.This device has the real-time,reliable,flexible features of CAN-bus.It provides security for the production.
