Profibus-DP通信系统的设计

针对采用WinCC等通用软件建立Profibus-DP网络不能满足大型系统中数据处理和监视的特定需求，提出一种基于VC的Profibus-DP通信系统的设计方案。采用VC++6.0编写通信程序，调用网卡CP5611驱动，Profibus-DP网络节点遵循Profibus-DP协议进行通信，实现PC机为一类主站，PLC S7-300和MM440变频器为智能从站的Profibus-DP通信系统。该系统设计已应用于大气综合计量检定装置。
Abstract:
 The Profibus-DP network builds through general software such as WinCC doesn’t meet the specific needs of data process and monitor in a large-scale system.A design scheme of Profibus-DP communication system based on VC is pro-posed.The system uses VC++6.0to generate a program，net card CP5611driver is called，Profibus-DP network nodes fllow the Profibus-DP protocol,and the nodes in the system comprises a PC as DM1，two PLC S7-300and two MM440as slaves.The design has been applied in atmospheric integrated measurement calobration device.
