目前电子设计中元器件种类繁多,电子元器件的有效管理制约了电子设计的效率,为实现电子产品设计中元器件的有效管理,在分析现有元器件管理业务现状和业务需求的基础上,提出了基于WindChill的电子元器件管理方案。该方案提出建立元器件优选库,并对其分类与检索方法,以及元器件生命周期状态和工作流进行管理,提高电子元器件利用率。通过方案的实施证明,电子元器件优选库的建立,能够统一电子元器件管理规范,明确元器件的生命周期状态,并对其整个生命周期进行有效的管理,大大提高了电子设计应用中元器件的使用效率,从而提高电子设计的质量。

- At present there are kinds of components in electronic design, effective management of electronic parts constraints the efficiency of electronic design. To realize effective management of electronic parts in electronic products design,on the basis of analyzing the current business status and requirements of electronic parts management,the WindChill-based electronic parts management approach was put forward.It proposed to establish a preferred component library, and do the management of classification and searching method,lifecycle state and workflow, to improve the utilization of electronic parts.Through the implementation of the program,the establishment of a preferred component library unifies the management of electronic parts, specifics the lifecycle state,and effectively manages its whole lifecycle,greatly increases the service efficiency of electronic parts in electronic design,thus increases the quality of electronic design.
