General Description
The GS3661 is a boost topology switching regulator for wide operating voltage applications. It is
built-in driver pin, EXT pin, for connecting to an external N-MOSFET. It is also a high precision
reference (1.25), and precision maximum duty cycle control. The GS3661 have internal soft start
function.
The GS3661 is available in the small footprint SOT23-5L package to fit in space-saving PCB
layout for miscellaneous application fields.
