基于半导体制冷器件的模糊恒温系统设计A fuzzy cont

本恒温控制系统精度要求高,且由半导体制冷器件构成的温控系统具有非线性、大惯
性及数学模型难建立等特性,这使得常规PID 控制器无法很好地满足系统要求,因此本文设计了一种新型模糊PID 参数自整定控制器,该控制器能够发挥模糊控制鲁棒性强、动态响应好、上升时间快、超调小的特点,又具有PID 控制器的动态跟踪品质和稳态精度,具有很好的实时性,并在实际使用中取得良好的控制效果。

Abstract: The system accuracy of the constant temperature control has high request, and temperature control system constituted of semiconductor refrigeration has nonlinear, big delay and difficult establishment characteristic of mathematics model, etc. Normal PID controller cannot satisfy system require perfectly, so a new self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller is introduced in this paper. This method can exert fuzzy control characteristics such as high robustness, good dynamic response, short rising time, small surplus, it possesses the dynamic track quality and steady precision of PID controller and good real-time processing. This controller is taken into implication in practice and gets preferable control effect.
