手持LC 数字电桥的设计与实现

在电子器件测量仪器设计中,基于微处理器的手持式LCR 数字电桥,操作简便,测量精度高,应用范围广泛。本文介绍基于MSP430F449 微控制器的手持式LCR 数字电桥的
设计与实现。使用的FPGA 技术,使硬件结构更紧凑。实现了自动选择测量量程以及自动分选等功能。电桥的测量范围R:0~999.9MΩ;L:0.1uH~9999H,C:0.1nF~9999F,测量精度:0.5%。电池电压::9v,电流:60mA。

Abstract: In the parameter measuring instruments, since the handhold LCR meter based on the
microprocessor has the advantages of simple operation, high precision, strong stability etc., it gets wide application. This thesis implements a handhold LCR meter based on microprocessor
MSP430F449. The circuit developed is simple and compact because the FPGA technique is used. The device can change the standard resistances automatically during the measurement and can classify the parameters automatically. The limit setup range is that: R:0~999.9MΩ ; L: 0.1uH~9999H, C: 0.1nF~9999F, the accuracy of the meter is 0.5%, the power supply is 9V and the current consumption is 60mA.
