基于SOC的高精度倾角测量系统的设计

为解决自动水平调节系统和工程应用中倾角测量高成本、低精度的问题,提出了一种利用MEMS双轴倾角传感器、信号调理和SOC等电路实现高精度倾角测量的方法,并从传感器信号稳定性处理、温度补偿、信号采集处理、基准源设计和信号曲线拟合方法等多角度实现了倾角的低成本、高精度测量。实验测试表明,系统最大绝对误差小于0.005°,相对误差小于0.02%。
Abstract:
 To solve the problem of high-cost, low-accuracy in automatic level adjustment system and measurement of tilt angle in engineering applications, this paper provided a solution which achieved high-accuracy measurement of tilt angle by using MEMS-based dual axis tilt sensor, signal conditioning and SOC. The article also achieved the high-accuracy measurements of tilt angle from multiple riewpoints such as tilt sensor’s signal stability processing, temperature compensation, signal acquisition processing, reference source design and curve fitting. Experimental tests show that the system has a maximum absolute error which is less than 0.005°, and the relative error is less than 0.02%.
