The uPD753012A, 753016A, and 753017A are members of NEC’s new 75XL series of 4-bit single-chip microcontrollers. This product has a higher ROM capacity and more sophisticated CPU than the existing mPD753xxB, can operate at high speeds on a voltage as low as 1.8 V, and is provided with an LCD controller/driver. In addition, a super small plastic TQFP (12 x 12 mm), which makes a substantial contribution to miniaturization of the LCD panel, is also available.
