废热蒸汽与冷凝水的节能

通过介绍宝钢蒸汽系统冷凝水资源的分布情况,分析了宝钢回收利用这些资源的可行性。提出对废热蒸汽资源量比较大的区域实施废热蒸汽有组织的排放和热利用等措施,是提高蒸汽系统和水系统能源综合利用率的重要途径。低温热回收利用的前景是广阔的,其节能效果是显著的。

Abstract:The distributed situation of condense water resource in steam system in Baosteel is introduced in brief. The feasibility of recovering
these resources for reuse in Baosteel is analyzed. It is proposed that the measures of organized draining and utilizing waste steam in areas with
larger quantity of resource are the important path to enhance integrated utilization of steam and water systems. The future of low temperature heat
recovery is prospective and the effects of energy-saving is obvious.
