- ADL5565-EVALZ, Evaluation Board is a fully populated, 4-layer, FR4-based evaluation board. For normal operation it requires a single 5 V/ 1 00 mA power supply. The 5V power supply should be connected to the test loops labeled VPOS and GND. The RF input signal is applied to the SMA connector labeled J 1 . The RF output is available at the SMA connector labeled J 2 . The evaluation board may be converted to a fully differential input and output by installing SMA connectors J 2 and J4, removing R 1 3 and R 1 4, installing 0 ohm jumpers R 1 2 and R 1 5, removing T 1 & T 2 and placing jumpers across the transformer pads. The 3 pin header, P 1 controls the enable function
