基于灰色预测理论的测量仪器校准周期的确定
Determining Calibration Intervals of Measuring Instruments Based on Gray Prediction Theory
摘要:介绍了灰色预测理论在确定测量仪器校准周期中的应用。为了更精确地确定仪器在校准过程中的校准时间间隔,利用灰色模型对测量仪器的性能指标进行建模,得出仪器性能的变化趋势,为达到更高的预测精度,利用残差的一元非线性回归模型对模型进行了修正。最后以电压源Agilent66103A 的输出电压为例,通过对其输出误差的建模来预测输出误差超出设定闭值的时刻,从而确定了仪器需进行校准的时间间隔。

Abstract: The application of gray prediction theory in determining measuring instruments' calibration intervals is presented. In order to preciselyd eterminet hec alibrationin tervalsof in strumentin c alibrationp rocedures,场usingg raym odel,th em odelof pe rformancein dexo fin strument is built to obtain varying trend of performance of instrument. For obtaining higher predicted accuracy, residual error's nonlinear regression model is adopted to amend the gray model. Finally, output voltage of DC power supply Agilent66103A is taken as an example, through establishing the model of output error to predict the time, on which the error exceeds the seting point of threshold, thus the calibration interval is determined.
