摘要针对目前家用热量表存在功能单一等缺陷，研究热量计量与温湿度调节相结合的一体化装置。该装置采用数字传感器技术实现供回水温度、室内温湿度的测量；基于CMAC 神经网络实现了舒适度的在线检测和用户温湿度匹配库的自学习；提出了暖气供热房间温度模糊控制新方法。

Abstract To against the demerits of less functions existed in current heat meter，the integrated device of heat calculation and temperature / humidity
control is researched. By adopting digital transducer technology the measurement of temperature of supply and returned water，and in-door temperature /
humidity is realized. Based on CMAC neural network，on-line detection of comfortable index and self-learning of customer temperature / humidity matching
library are implemented. The new fuzzy temperature control method for room heating is put forward.
