基于WinAC的防爆开关测控系统设计

  针对煤矿井下高压供电系统中开关保护装置可操作性、可靠性差,测量、通信等方面的问题,设计出一种基于WinAC的高压防爆开关保护测控系统。硬件系统设计以WinAC RTX为控制核心,运用Profibus现场总线进行控制结构设计,软件开发以西门子公司的组态软件WinCCV6.0 和Step7V5.2为平台,设计了友好的人机界面和防爆开关测控功能。结果表明,该测控系统的实时操作系统,提高了系统的实时性和保护动作的灵敏度,具有强大而友好的人机交互界面,实现了集测量、控制、保护、通信等功能。

  Abstract:

  As for underground high voltage power supply system of the switch protection device operability, reliability, measurement, communications and other issues, the system of a high-voltage proof switch, protection and monitoring based on WinAC was designed. The WinAC RTX hardware designed as the control of the core, the control structure was set up with Profibus fieldbus, used Siemens configuration software WinCCV6.0 and Step7V5.2 as a software development platform, a friendly man-machine interface and explosion-proof switch monitoring control functions were developed. The results show that the control system’s real-time operating system improves the system’s real-time protection ability and sensitivity, has a strong and friendly man-machine interface, and achieves a set of measurement, control, protection, communication and other functions.
