本文介绍了用Delphi 语言与SQL 技术相结合进行高校保密管理信息系统
的设计和实现。该系统具有国防项目管理、人员管理、载体管理等多种业务功能，适合
承担国防科研任务的高校保密部门使用，有利于提高工作效率，促进保密管理工作进一
步提高水平。

Design and Realization of Secrecy Management Information System SUN Wei, FANG Yi, XIONG Zhang (School of Computer Science and Technology, BeiHang University, Beijing 100083, China) Abstract: This paper discusses the design and implementation of using Delphi language and SQL technology to develop universities and colleges’ secrecy management system. The functions of system include national projects management, personnel management and carrier management. The system is used by national scientific research management sectors in all kinds of universities. It can apply so as to improve the work efficiency through the automation of management.
