近年来，移动电子商务作为电子商务领域发展的新方向显示出巨大的潜力。作为企业
最重要的商务系统之一的客户关系管理（CRM），更加需要无线应用模式来实现用户和企业之间快速高效的信息交互。本文提出了一种基于Java 技术的嵌入式无线CRM 应用的分布式设计方案。重点对基于J2ME 平台的嵌入式客户端应用程序的设计与开发进行了研究。

Abstract: In recent years, mobile electronic commerce has a large potential force as the new
developing aim of e-commerce. As one of the most important business systems, CRM need the wireless mode to realize the information interaction between people and enterprises much more. The paper proposes a distributed structure based on Java for embedded Wireless CRM application. Finally, it is given to how to develop the client application.
