有涉及到实时进程的截止时间和进程的重要程度，为了增强 Linux 的关于实时进程的处理，本文并提出了一种优化改进调度算法。同时，根据项目的要求对Linux 的内核等进行了改造。

Abstract: That the real-time advancement priority of Linux does not involve cut-off time and the advancement important degree is discovered in the article through the analysis to the Linux operation’s superiority and insufficient, In order to strengthen real-time advancement processing of Linux, this article proposes one kind of optimized and improved dispatch algorithm. At the same time, carry on the improvement to the Linux kernel according to the project request.
