无线图像监控系统的研制

本文介绍了一种基于嵌入式主板的便携式无线图像发射装置的设计原理和实现方案,
该装置具有图像采集、图像处理和图像的无线传输功能。同时提出了一种改进的运动图像检测算法,并将其应用到无线图像发射装置的图像处理过程中,由此构造了一种基站式无线图像监控系统。该系统可以获取被监控现场的实时图像,对图像中运动物体检测,当有运动物体进入监视现场时,无线图像发射装置给出报警信号,并将报警信号以及实时的图像画面通过无线图像发射装置发射出去,通过无线接收基站传入监控机房,监控人员可以在监视器上观察报警现场的情况。我们研制出了便携式无线图像发射装置的样机,并在实验室构建了该无线图像监控系统,获得了理想的效果。

Abstract: This paper introduces the design and implementation of a portable wireless image
transmission device based on embedded system, which has the capability of image collection,
image processing and wireless transmission. An improved algorithm on moving image detection is also proposed and applied into the image processing of the device. Thus a station-based wireless image monitory system is constructed. The system can obtain the real-time image of the monitored scene. By image detection of the moving object, the wireless image transmission device can give off alarm signals when moving objects enter the scene. Then alarm signals and real-time image are transmitted through wireless receival station into the monitoring room for inspection. We have developed the sample system in the laboratory and obtained ideal effects under real circumstance.
