Abstract：With the coming of digital era, by considering the broad market of intelligent
instrument, the design and realization of communication of universal detecting system on a certain model of helicopter airborne weapons based on WinCE is discussed, moreover, the software design of Serial communication and data processing is analyzed in detail in this paper.
