电熔爆机床单片机控制系统研制

本文给出了结合现行数控系统通用规范而自行开发设计的数控系统控制程序、通讯接口及硬件电路。该系统具有工作电流闭环控制、工作电压闭环调节、计算机辅助编程等功能，不仅满足电熔爆机床自动加工时的控制要求，而且可用于普通的二坐标联动机床作为控制系统，对进给速度和位移实现开环控制。

Abstract In this text, the NC system control program, communication interface and circuit diagram designed by self are released, which combine with CNC ISO standard. The system is provided with closed loop control of the work current, closed loop adjusting of the work voltage, and computer aided program. The system is not only satisfied with the Electrical melting and Explosion Machine Tool, but also can be used in usual two coordinate machine tools, which has open loop control of feed speed and displacement.
