无量化模糊在均衡压榨控制系统中的应用

根据糖厂压榨生产过程扰动强度和随意性较大、控制对象数学模型难以确定的特点,
采用模糊控制技术,应用模糊数模型,插值计算的方法,控制甘蔗均匀进榨。实践证明:选用的控制算法控制效果较好,具有较高的抗干扰能力,生产过程运行稳定可靠,降低了生产成本,减轻工人劳动强度,提高了产品的质量及产量,在生产实际中取得了显著的经济和社会效益。为均衡压榨自动控制系统的设计开拓了一条新的思路。

Abstract:According to disturbances are strong and more random in milling, math model of
object is defined hardly, fuzzy control is used in computer control algorithm,the sugarcanes
uniform milling is controled by the way of fuzzy math model and insert value.It has been verified practically The result shows adopted control algorithm has got satisfactory control effect.It has been praised by the project partner for its high antidisturbance ability,stability,reliability,quality and output of products,low cost of preduction and intensity of labour.The project result brings considerable economic and social benefits to factory. It creates a new way for designing uniformmilling automatic control system.
