基于差压法的一种新型液体流量传感器

设计了一种新型液体流量传感器,并对其进行了制作和实验标定。这种流量传感器主要由特制的导流管和现有压力传感器组成,其基本原理是输入口与输出口这间的压力差
与通过导液管的流速直接相关,用压力传感器测量导液管入口与出口之间的压力差,并将其转换成电压量输出。通过检测导液管两端的压力差,即可计算出通过导游管的流速和流量。这种流量传感器主要有结构简单、灵敏度高、精确度高、量程范围宽、成本低等优点。

Abstract: A novel liquid flow sensor is designed, fabricated and calibrated in this paper,
which mainly consists of a special conduits designed by us and a pressure sensor to be existing. The basic principle is to employ pressure sensor measuring pressure differences between inlet and outlet of the conduits in the flow. The pressure differences of the two ends of the flow sensor (inlet and outlet) in the flowing medium are directly interrelated with the flow rate via conduits, so the flow rate can be calculated by detecting pressure differences. This liquid flow sensor has many excellent performances such as simpler structure, higher sensitivity, stronger overload, higher precision, wider range, and lower cost etc.. It can be widely used in the fields of medicine, chemistry, petroleum, industry, agriculture and so on.
