提出一种只用三个传感头、一套光路、一套信号处理部分实现对高压三相电流同时检测的混合式光纤传感系统,给出了其在一相实验中的实验结果。由于光路系统采用了基于相位压缩原理的微分干涉式结构,因此该系统不受外界缓变量(如温度) 的影响;与一般干涉仪相比该系统也因相位压缩而使工作的线性范围扩大了220 倍。 关键词:三相电流; 相位压缩; 干涉仪 Abstract :A hybrid optic fiber sensor is proposed with three sensor heads ,a optic fiber sensing arm ,a signal pro2 cess which can measure three2phase currents simultaneously ,and its experimental results in single phase is ab2 tained.Because optic circuit used differentiating interferometer based on phase compress theory ,the system can not be effected by outside slow variety such as temperature. Compared with common interferometers ,the linearity range of this system was enlarged by 220 times for phase compress. Kay words :three2phase currents ; phase compress ; interferometer
