基于达芬奇平台的智能视频监控算法设计

TI 达芬奇芯片TMS320DM6446 是一款功能强大的嵌入式多媒体处理器，基于该处理器平台，我们设计并实现了一整套基于主动视觉的运动目标检测、跟踪与H.264 编码算法。实验结果表明，该套算法具有较好的检测跟踪精度与压缩编码效率，并能够实现CIF 格式的实时视频处理。

【Abstract】 TMS320DM6446 is a powerful multi-media processor that leverages TI’s DaVinci™ technology, based on which we realized a whole body of algorithms for active vision moving object detection and tracking, as well as for H.264 video coding. Experimental results show that the algorithms achieve a high compression rate, as well as a good performance in detection and tracking precision. All the jobs are done on our system in real time for videos with CIF size.
