PLC数据通讯在水压机控制系统中的实现与研究

数据通讯是控制系统的关键技术之一。本文阐述了西门子S7 系列PLC 数据通讯在某大型水压机控制系统中的实现,介绍了3 种常用的通讯网络。针对该水压机控制系统对输入信号需做出快速实时响应的特点,合理地选用了PROFIBUS-DP 和MPI 2 种网络实现了不同PLC 间的数据通讯,并给出了部分通讯程序。实践表明该系统的数据通讯功能运行情况良好,既满足了实时快速性要求,又具备较高的通讯效率。

Abstract: Data communication is the one of the key factors in control system. The realization of Data communication between Simatic S7 PLC in the control system of a large hydraulic press machine is interpreted in the thesis. Three kinds of popular communication network are introduced. Aiming at the characteristic of responding to input signal promptly, PROFIBUS-DP and MPI have been appropriately selected to carry out the data communication between different PLC, and part of the program is interpreted. The system functions well and reliable. The speedy and Real-time requests have been satisfied and the system is efficient.
