本文针对Windows CE 下USB 外围设备的驱动开发问题，对Windows CE 下USB 系统软件的结构，和USB 设备驱动程序的入口点函数进行了研究，并且重点介绍了采用流接口函数的USB 设备驱动程序的设计与实现。

Abstract: To solve the problem of drivers of USB device under Windows CE, this paper analyses the framework of USB system software and the entry function of the USB device drivers in detail, and gives more description of the development of drivers of USB device using Stream Interface function.
