本文利用单片机数字信号处理性能和丝杠传动结构实现高速电喷镀喷嘴的精密控制,喷嘴位移控制精度达到0.05mm,电沉积反应可扩展到所有喷嘴运动可达区域,一次能高速电喷镀零件表面500mm2。就特定的工件和镀液,通过运动方式调整电解液的搅拌强度, 可使镀层复合含量提高。可研制大面积高性能的、与基体结合力强的各种复合镀层。 关键词: 单片机;高速电喷镀;喷嘴;精密控制 Abstract:.High speed jet electroplating nozzle played precision motion when Single Chip processed digital signals and screw drived the base. Electrodeposition expanded to all the area the Nozzle reach,And nozzle motion precision is 0.05mm.The Nozzle electroplat 500mm2 on the workpiece at once.When regulating whisk intensity by selecting the motion manner ,the increase of complex ingredients on the workpiece surface is possible .The equipment can develop all kinds of compact complex electrodeposit on large area workpiece .
