针对纺织行业的清梳联系统，介绍了PROFIBUS 现场总线技术的特点和功能，采用S7-300PLC 作为系统的主站，带有通讯模块的纺织机械作为系统的从站，利用SIEMENS 公
司的STEP7 工业组态软件进行PROFIBUS-DP 网络的硬件组态和软件设计，上位机采用
WinCC 监控软件进行系统状态监控和数据处理。从而实现了清梳联控制系统的数据提取、信息交互和故障诊断，为纺织企业的信息化管理打下了坚实基础。

Abstract: According to the cleaning-combing equipment of textile industry, utilizing the
characteristic and function of Fieldbus industry, and putting forward a set of perfect project of
data acquisition. The Project makes S7-300PLC controller as Master, and communication module of spinning and weaving equipments as Slaves, and Hardware configuration or software designing on PROFIBUS-DP in use of SETP7. So realization the data acquisition、information interactive、 failure diagnosis and so on.Textile enterprises have a Solid foundation in the information management.
