基于PLD及FPGA的频率与相位测量系统设计与实现:摘 要:本测量系统由频率相位测量仪和DDS 双路移相信号发生器两部分组成。频率相位测量由Altera EPM7128S84 CPLD 完成,双路移相信号发生器由Cyclone EP1C3T144 FPGA 实现,其输出信号频率与相位可由用户预置,以LCD显示预置值。系统测试表明频率测量精度为0.01Hz,相位测量精度为0.35°,人机接口友好,测量系统稳定可靠。

Abstract: This meter system is consist of frequency and phase meter and dual
channel phase - shift signal generator using DDS .The measure of frequency and
phase is based on Altera EPM7128S84 CPLD .The dual channel phase-shift signal
generator is Implementated by Cyclone EP1C3T144 FPGA,the frequency and phase
output of which can be set by user,a LCD display the set value.System test shows that
the precision of frequency is 0.01Hz and phase is 0.35°, man-machine interface is
friendly , the meter system is stable and dependable.
