电气/电子相关配件认证需依循汽车电磁相容（EMC）指令2004/104/EC 执行
The automotive Directive 95/54/EC has now been replaced by Automotive EMC Directive
2004/104/EC which amendment to 72/245/EC. The new directive came into force on 01 July
2006. This has influenced many of the ESAs (e.g. mobile phone charger, electrical fan, air
purifier used in a car) manufacturers who want to enter the Europe market.
There are not all of the ESAs required to comply with this new directive. The directive gave a
classification flow shown as below.

72/245/EC新指令已于2006年7月1日起正式生效,此一修改对多数想进入欧洲市场 ESA 制
造商(含-手机充电器、车用电动风扇,车用空气清清器)等具有相当大之影响。
但并非所有的电气 /电子配件(ESA)制造商皆必须符合该新指令。下列为新指令分类图示供参考
