针对纺织生产过程中清纱机的工作特点,提出了一种基于CAN总线技术的控制系统设计方法,分析了系统的工作原理、网络拓扑结构及其硬件构成,详细阐述了CAN总线的网络接口方法和系统通信协议,讨论了控制软件的设计,给出了CAN网络的主要通信程序,由于这种系统的主、从站之间采用CAN网络通信,实现了对清纱工程的智能控制,系统具有运行可靠、性能价格比高的特点,实践证明这是一种先进的控制技术,具有较大的推广意义。 关键词:CAN总线 清纱机 智能控制 系统通信 软件设计 The Design of Voile Cleaning Machine Control System Based on CAN Fieldbus LIU Mei-jun Xiamen University of Technology (Xiamen 361024) Abstract: For the characteristics of voile cleaning machine in textile producing, a new control system based on CAN fieldbus is presented in this paper, The principle of the system is introduced, The interface of the network and the communication protocol of the system are discussed in detail, The design of control software is also analyzed, the main program of communication is given. Keywords: CAN Fieldbus Voile Cleaning Machine Intelligent Control System Communication Software Design 在纺织生产过程中,由于纱线存在粗细不均匀的疵点,影响面料的质量。清除由于丝纸不良而引起的疵点,提高纺织质量,清纱处理是一个至关重要的工序。清纱工程系统由多台纱机控制器构成,每一台控制器可对8轴同一类型的纱线进行清纱处理。控制器控制纱线切断装置和一个打结接续器(简称打结器)。利用电容式传感器检测纱线的横截面积,经滤波放大后,依照给定的设定值,进行判断分析,鉴别纱线是否含有疵点。如果有,分辨其为粗疵点、细疵点、短粗疵点3种类型。检测到疵点,由控制器发出切断信号,并由打结器把纱线接续,继续工作,系统控制原理如图1所示。
