The QM13136 is a low loss SP4T specifically designed for high performance antenna tuning applications. All RF path performance is enhanced with, low on resistance, low off capacitance, and ultra high voltage handling capabilities. With additional shunt switches at each RF path, QM13136 can be configured into traditional series SP4T or series-shunt SP4T for improved isolation. QM13136 is pin-to-pin compatible with QM13126 which allows the flexibility in creation of advanced tuning topologies to maximize TRP & TIS performance in space constrained applications.
