本文采用部分单元等效电路(PEEC)方法,对根据实际大容量电力电子变流器结构特点而构建的简化两导体物理模型建立了等效电路,并对其高频耦合特性进行了仿真分析。探讨了采用PEEC 方法分析和定量计算大容量电力电子变流器中不同尺寸、不同空间相对位置的导体间的高频电磁耦合特性和EMI 问题的可行性。 Abstract: Partial element equivalent circuit (PEEC) method is applied in this paper to establish the equivalent circuit of a simplified physical model consisting of two conductors based on the structural features of practical high-capacity power electronic converters, and its high frequency coupling characteristics are analyzed by simulation.
