针对海洋中投弃式仪器的快速响应高精度测温要求,提出了一种基于AD7799的热敏电阻测温设计方案。该方案采用24位Δ-∑高精度A/D转换器AD7799为核心部件,以高灵敏度负温度系数热敏电阻为温度传感器,MSP430单片机为MCU,实现了系统的数字化;通过多点校准插值的方法使系统获得测温高精度。经过大量实验证明该系统工作稳定,可靠性高。实验数据表明系统的分辨率超过0.001 ℃,测温精度可达0.02 ℃。
- Abstract:
- Aiming at the requirement of fast-response high-precision temperature of ocean expendable probe, this paper presented a design scheme of thermistor temperature measurement based on AD7799. The system took 24-bit Δ-∑ ADC AD7799 as the core, NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor as temperature sensor, and MSP430 microcontroller as MCU, which realized system digitalization. Using multi-points calibration and interpolation method, the system realized high-accurate temperature measurement. The experiments in the laboratory and South China Sea show that the system possesses stable operation and high reliability. The experiment results show that the measurement resolution exceeds 0.001℃ and the measurement accuracy is 0.02℃.
