Abstract:
 In view of the characteristics of liquid crystal display controller T6963CFG from TOSH1BA company and HS240128 display,the application of image LCD in embedded system is introduced. Firstly,the control commands and operation timing of T6963CFG are shown.Secondly,the hardware interface circuit between LCD and the embedded system on S3C44B0X is given.Finally,the display method on characters, images and Chinese characters and its program design flow are presented.
