客观反映评价对象,除了筛选出较为准确的指标外,重要的是构建科学的数学模型,传统体育综合评价模型只考虑到指标之间的层次性,忽略了相互制约与影响关系,为改善传统体育评价模型指标之间相互割裂的局限性,实现对评价对象更加科学客观的评价,基于网络分析法ANP,采用数理统计法和超矩阵计算工具Super Decisions,构建了优秀运动队教练员能力评价体系的ANP网络结构,并计算出指标权重。研究结果表明,采用ANP规划指标结构和计算指标权重,评价结果是客观的,科学的。

- Apart from selecting comparatively accurate indicator, building scientific mathematical model is more important to reflect the evaluation objects more objectively, the traditional comprehensive sports evaluation model only takes index structure into consideration, ignoring mutual restrict and effect. to improve the disconnected limitations, and offer a more scientific and objective evaluation, ANP model, Using the mathematical statistics and Super matrix calculation tool Super Decisions, constructs the evaluation system of ANP network structure to evaluate excellent athletic coaches, and calculates the index weight. The results of study show that, the adoption of ANP index structure and calculation model planning index weight, the index effect and feedback is stressed, making the evaluation results more scientific.
