基于nRF2401的PLC无线通信控制器

介绍一种利用nRF2401无线通信模块实现PLC间数据无线传输的方法，可使生产现场的PLC灵活布置，并节省布线成本。该系统设计是针对西门子S7-200PLC，单片机从PLC获取现场数据，再将数据传输到nRF2401以实现无线通信，由此实现PLC之间的无线数据传输。经试验表明：该无线通信控制器可在9m范围实现PLC间数据的无线传输。
Abstract:
 The paper introduces a design of controller that wireless communication is based on nRF2401in PLC，which makes setting PLC convenient，and saves the line cost.In order to realize wireless communication in PLC，MCU receives datas from S7-200PLC，then transmits them to the nRF2401.The experimental results show the controller realizes wireless communication from a PLC to another in nine meters.
