本文从控制理论的角度分析和介绍高速并条机自调匀整系统的基础上，引入一种新的
控制算法变结构广义预测控制。并就实现的可能性进行了初步的分析和讨论。

Abstract：Based on the analysis and introduction of autoleveller in drawing frame from the point of view of control theory，this paper introduce a new control arithmetic-variable structure general predictive control（VSGPC）．And do the primary analysis and discussion of the realization possibility．
