柔性制造企业BOM管理方案设计与优化

以面向客户定制生产的柔性制造企业为对象，针对其物料管理中种类多、变化快等具体特征和存在的困难，提出了一种优化管理方案。通过构造一种可变型的产品结构，说明该管理系统应具备的功能和特点；对系统具体实施过程，提出优化实施方案。通过该方案的实施，有效地降低了产品系列和产品版本数量、提高了BOM表生成效率和成本核算的准确度。并通过对产品结构的更细致的配置，可对生产过程进行更精确的管理。

An optimization scheme design of BOM management was proposed, with a manufacturing enterprise which based on customer’s order as object, aimed at the characteristics and difficulty in the material management. This paper constructed a transformable structure of the products, accounting for the functions and characteristics of the system; brought forward a referenced optimization scheme for implementation. Via this scheme, we reduced the amount of the products and the BOM, improved the efficiency of the BOM regeneration and the accuracy of costing. And with more careful configuration of the product structure, the manufacture process can be managed more accurately.
