一体化调压模块在温度控制中的应用

为有效地使用三相交流一体化移相调压模块,可靠实现电能的变换。介绍了调压模块的结构特点、技术性能,并以此为调功器,设计一烘箱电加热温度控制系统。系统采用模糊规则进行PID调节的新型算法,基本消除了PID饱和积分现象,精确实现了电动机绕组浸漆后的烘干处理。实践表明,采用三相交流一体化移相调压模块可使电加热温控系统功率调节线路简单、性能稳定,并具有较高的可靠性,可广泛应用在工业自动化控制领域中。

Abstract:
 To make effective use of three-phase AC integrative phase-shift voltage regulator module and realize the transformation of energy reliably, the structure characteristics and technology performance of the regulator module are introduced. An oven temperature control system with the power-regulator module is designed. The system accurately realizes drying process of motor winding by adopting fuzzy rules’ PID algorithm and PID integral saturation is eliminated basically. Proved by practice, the electrically heated temperature control system has simplified circuit, stable performance and high reliability. It can be widely used in the field of industry automation control.
