在信息化技术支持下,资源共享系统允许资源提供者与资源请求者间通过软件界面 进行资源服务交易;让协商双方透过软件界面进行协商的协商支持系统,帮助消除买卖双方对资源服务价格的分歧、提高交易成功率。传统协商支持系统的协商过程带有协商时间长和协商过程复杂问题,因此提出采用半自动化协商的方法缩短协商时间和简化协商过程。仿真实验证明,半自动化协商过程不会影响原来的协商成功率并大幅度提高协商效率。 关键词:资源共享系统;半自动化协商支持系统;协商 Semi-automated Negotiation Process, within Resource-Sharing System NGAI Lung, NI Wancheng, LIU Lianchen, WU Cheng (National CIMS Engineering Research Center, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China) Abstract: Resource-Sharing System leverage information technology to allow resource-providers and resource-requesters to trade services with each others through software interfaces; embedded negotiation support function allows buyers and sellers to negotiate product prices via software interfaces; hence it reduces conflicts related to service prices; and it would lead to greater trading efficiency. Traditional negotiation process has a few shortcomings, such as long human engagement time and complicated procedures. A semi-automated negotiation process is presented to reduce the human engagement time with simple procedures. Experimental results show that, the new approach will not damage the original negotiation success rate; furthermore, it will improve the trading efficiency.
