Research on The Intelligent Signal Transducer based on Microprocessor
Pan Kongjie1, Wu Dawei2 (1. Shanghai Xuhui Professional University Computer Department 200032; 2. Shanghai University, Mechatronics and Automation School Automation Department 200072) Abstract: The hardware and software design of new intelligent multifunctional general digital long-distance transmission equipment is introduced in this paper. It utilized the MCU-AT89C52 to collect the long-distance digital signal which is transformed by some sensor. In detail, it implements the serial asynchronous transmission mode between 89C52 and the PC by RS-422 bus. At the same time, it designs some other related module, such as the power, temperature acquisition, V/F, A/D transfer circuit. At last, it introduces the main program of the software in general.
