针对当前的市场需求和未来电信网络的发展趋势，提出了一款智能化、多业务、面
向未来的增值业务承载平台（固话秘书平台）。该平台主要面向一些中小型电信增值业务应用和IP 接入的场合，通过系统集成的方式向运营商、SP 或者集团客户提供一个性能优异的解决方案。

This platform mainly faces the situation which some middle and small scale telecommunication value-added service applications and IP turns on, Through the system integration way to the operation business, SP or the group customer provides a performance outstanding solution.
