本论文利用ICMP 原理，使用Visual C# .NET 作为编程工具，通过向检测对象定时发
送数据包并根据其反应时间来判断检测通信线路的运行情况，从而实现了线路故障的实时监测。

Instantly Error-Monitoring of Network Based on C# .NET and ICMP Zhang,Xun1 Jing,Xijun2 Abstract: According to the theory of Internet Control Message Protocol and using Visual C# .NET as the programming tool, we can send data packets to the monitored objects and listen to their responding time to judge the condition of intercommunicating lines, so we can find the errors of the lines instantly.
